This afternoon when i kneeled down to wear my shoes, and stood up, immediately there was a sharp pain on my right knee. It hurts so bad i almost fell back down.
But i posed gracefully and gekked my face in pain. GURLLLLL was it painful.
The pain came after my 4click routemarch. Or was it from the SOC Fall ? Must have strained my right knee too much.
I never had an injury before one leh!! My body is almost godlike, apparently not anymore.
